Relata is an open-source software project focused on developing Customer Relationship Management modules for individuals and businesses alike. The Relata CRM modules are free and are distributed under the GNU Public License (GPL).

Relata modules are Web based, and are accessed by users through standard JavaScript enabled Web browsers. The modules themselves are written in PHP, HTML, and JavaScript; using Relata therefore requires that your Web server support PHP applications. Additionally, Relata is integrated with MySQL for database functionality.

The initial Relata module made available to the public is Relatamail, which handles multiple E-Mail list management with customizable E-Mail deliveries to subscribed users. Relatamail also handles unsubscribing, undeliverable E-Mails, click-through tracking, and URL based marketing variables.
