Store Explorer
Java Based Integrated Shopping And CRM Interface
Store Explorer is a Java-based online shopping interface designed to run "on top of" existing Web sites. The interface combines shopping tools for the visitor such as side-by-side product comparisons, merchandise viewing tools including zoom, and drag and drop product purchasing, with CRM features including access to live customer assistance. As a Java-based tool, the interface is able to run on multiple server operating systems and can be accessed by any user with a Java-capable Web browser.
According to information provided by Cycle 23, Store Explorer is a drop-in component that can co-exist with existing back-end store functions (such as credit card security, order processing, etc.) without requiring changes to those systems. The interface can be customized for individual applications, retains the look and feel of the existing site, and also allows for the tracking and capturing of online activity, presenting valuable ongoing information for product marketing. Other key features include an automated sales assistance to greet site visitors and make product suggestions based on purchases; "streamlined merchandise navigation;" and always available shopping cart information including items purchased and net total.
Store Explorer is available now, and carries a one-time installation price plus a yearly minimum licensing fee. Contact Cycle 23 for complete details.
