Create and Send Custom E-mail to Large Groups
All You Mail provides the ability to handle group E-mailing tasks.
All You Mail will allow you to import and export addresses from Excel, Eudora, and CSV. The reporting features track errors, report historical results, and list E-mail statistics. You can manage bounced messages and cancelled subscribers. You can address recipients personally without writing individual E-mails to each.
You can test, preview, and print your E-mail before sending. Save your projects and come back to work on them again at a later time.
Send E-mail in plain text or HTML. Send your E-mail to recipients by using your SMTP server provided by your ISP, or send directly to each recipient's mailbox.
Other features and capabilities include:
- Backup and restore recipient lists
- Manage recipient lists by removing duplicate recipients; remove invalid E-mail addresses, too
- Keep track of excluded recipients in a separate list and restrict them from ever being sent E-mail (you can use this feature for unsubscribers)
