E.piphany E.6

Software For The Customer Economy

The E.piphany E.6 suite of enterprise applications manages customer interactions across all channels to close the loop between insight and action. Product families include E.piphany Insight, E.piphany Marketing, E.piphany Sales, and E.piphany Service.

The E.6 System features an enterprise dashboard portal interface that enables detailed customer reports to be pushed to every knowledge worker within an organization. Also included are E.piphany Enterprise Insight applications that extract and analyze valuable knowledge from contact centers, e-commerce systems and other operational systems to provide a single view of the customer. Additional highlights include sophisticated permission-based marketing features that support the creation and enforcement of complex permission-marketing policies, expanded support for languages, and a simplified user interface.

E.piphany E.6's marketing, sales and service applications blend reporting and analysis, data mining, segmentation, campaign planning and execution, collaborative filtering, real-time learning, and Web-based agent-assisted and self-service customer care into a complete system. With an integrated data flow, E.piphany E.6 applications share customer intelligence and profiling across all applications and touchpoints enabling real-time targeted campaigns, interactions, and analysis. Web-based from the ground up, E.6 provides ease of deployment and use, and scalability that enables extremely high volumes of data, users, and information. E.piphany Sales, introduced with version 5.5, allows sales reps and managers to access key customer information and identify marketing possibilities from multiple devices. E.piphany Sales can also synch with the external contact managers Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes.

The latest release of E.piphany features multiple enhancements, including the new module E.piphany Dialogs. E.piphany Dialogs allows for the scripting of customer conversations that can be deployed across multiple touchpoints; for example, an interactive guidance process that can be deployed on the Web and also utilized within the call center. Interrupted dialogs can be resumed at a later time; either through the original channel the dialog was initiated in, or along a different communication path.

Most of the E.piphany E.6 modules are expected to begin shipping at the end of March; E.piphany Service 6.0 is expected to ship in the summer of 2002. Organizations may purchase the complete set of applications, or individual applications as suit there needs. Pricing begins at $250,000.
