Appointment scheduling: Set, change, and find open time slots for countless staff, groups, rooms, resources, vehicles and inventory. Supports multi-day, singular, or reoccurring events. See appointments side-by-side, by day, week, or month. Use 25 user-definable fields to store information unique to your business. Export or print your appointment calendar and reports in various formats.

Billing and business management: Generate customer statements detailing invoices, payments, credits, and aging balances. Bill staff hours, flat fees, resources, inventory, third-party services, travel—anything. BAM tracks histories and identifies top producers and customers. See individual production and pay. Export data to accounting/financial software. If you sell products and materials with your services, BAM inventory system tracks stock items, calculates value, and automatically updates on-hand quantities when you create invoices.

- E-mail schedules to employees or a text message to their cell phone. Add file attachments or include an iCalendar formatted file for importing schedules into calendar programs or PDAs

- Preview report data before printing. Customize any report to include filter criteria, sort orders, and display preferences. Export report data to Excel, PDF, RTF, and more

- Employees, shifts, and scheduling information are stored in a single Microsoft SQL Server database file for access and backup. Each data file can be up to 4 gigabytes.
