Email Responder is a tool that enables you to respond to E-mail automatically using templates and automated assignment.
Arriving E-mail is automatically assigned to a person or group, based on an analysis of its contents. When your representatives reply to a message, templates fill in customer and product information.
Email Responder maintains a database of customer information, both extracted from incoming E-mail and supplied by your staff. Built-in reports let managers analyze the customer service database, finding such information as how mail is handled, which products and services produce the most questions, and which questions are most common.
The vendor states that no training is required to use the product.
